Ordering - we accept orders from all over Europe. For UK customers - must provide UKARA registration to buy RIF-s. To order you must be a registered user. To place an order you must log in and put the desired items into the Shopping Basket. After you are finished shopping please checkout and follow instructions from there on. After the order is succesfully placed you will receive an e-mail with Order Confirmation. You will find all payment info in that e-mail.
Payment - we accept Paypal and Bank to Bank transfer. No cash or money checks.

| Shipping - we use shipping via Standard International Parcel with the option of airmail or land transportation that have both proven to be Fast, Reliable and Cheap for customers all over Europe. After payment is confirmed (Paypal immediatly, Bank to Bank transfer takes usually 1-3 work days) we ship out the package in 48h on work days. Our warehouse is located in N-Europe, thus the shipping will take a matter of few days depending on your location. NB! Standard International Package Shipping will send packages to local Post Office only! Shipping will be calculated for each individual order and will be displayed in the quotation that you will receive to your e-mail after placing an order. If customers pay by Paypal then we ship to Paypal address local Post Office ONLY. Paypal user has to have same address and receiver name as the customer who placed the order. |
| Warranty and returns - Airsoft Online gives a 6-months manufacturer warranty to all items offered in our online shop unless stated otherwise. In case of a faulty item the buyer has to send the faulty item(s) back to Airsoft Online for an exchange. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for sending back faulty items. All info of products shown on Airsoft Online webshop is bound to be changed without notice and can not be used for warranty or return. Airsoft Online is not responsible for products changes made by the producer. Warranty will not apply if the damage is done by one of the following: A) Inappropriate use of item B)Disassembly and/ or modification of the item. We will not provide warranty service if any of the following apply: A) Your warranty has expired B) Product is not 100% in new condition (internal & external) C) Product has been disassembled or modified by user. When receiving any packages you should inspect them at once when the courier arrives, in case of any problems the buyer has to infor Airsoft online immediatly about the problems caused by the courier to the package and the items inside. If the buyer has the need to send us back an item then he or she needs to first contact us and let us know about it. |
